Terms and Conditions
Memberships:
Minimum term on our memberships is 4 months (17 weeks).
All memberships are debited via direct debit with EziDebit.
If you wish to pause your membership during, the pause period will be added to the remaining term of your agreement.
A cancellation fee of $10 applies to no-shows or late cancellations.
Please use our LTPN app to book and cancel all classes. Text messages, emails, or phone calls will not be accepted.
3,2,1 x group classes per week sessions must be used within your 7 day billing cycle.
Pausing your membership:
Please provide us with 2 weeks notice prior to the date you would like to pause your membership.
Suspensions are permitted for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Please email info@learntopaddlenow.com.au for all membership pausing enquiries.
Personal Training:
If you need to cancel please do so via the LTPN app as well as text your coach (especially if this is an early session).
Cancellations & No shows:
Please note that we have a 12-hour cancellation window on our personal training sessions.
If you need to reschedule, this needs to be done within the 12-hour window.
If you cancel outside the 12h window you will forfeit the booked appointment.
Class Packages:
The class packages are valid for the durations as outlined below. We do not allow for any extensions so please ensure to redeem your sessions within the required timeframe.
Solo Paddle valid for 1 month
Single Group Class valid for 1 month
3 Group Introduction pack is valid for 14 days and it’s only available for new members.
5 Pack valid for 2 months
10 Pack valid for 3 months
15 Pack valid for 4 months

Equipment Care & Damages:
Please note you are responsible for any damages to the equipment including surf ski, paddle and life jacket.
Any damages that do occur will be assessed and charged accordingly.Please listen to the advice of your coaches when setting up and manoeuvring the craft. While the MAZU surf skis are durable and high quality craft, the correct technique is required when adjusting the foot rests, steering and etc.
