Triple Silver for Australia at ICF Canoe Sprint Masters Championships

Laura Lee, hailing from NSW, dazzled spectators with her outstanding performances in the women’s K1 500m and 200m events within the 35-39 age group. Reflecting on her triumphs, Lee expressed her delight and gratitude, stating, "What a great experience! I was very pleased with my performance overall as I didn’t know what to expect."

Meanwhile, Mario Vesely, also from NSW, embarked on a riveting journey in the men’s K1 45-49 category. Despite facing tough competition, Vesely secured a commendable fourth place in the 1000m event. However, he truly shone in the K1 200m race, clinching a well-deserved silver medal. "I’m very happy with my results in a tight field," Vesely remarked, showcasing his determination and resilience.
